White Lake Hunting Lodge - White Lake, South Dakota This is an opportunity to purchase a turnkey hunting lodge in the heart of pheasant country. Commercial air service to Sioux Falls, SD is provided by multiple carriers. You can rent a car there. We are about 90 miles west of Sioux Falls on I-90 at Exit 296. Parties average 13 to 18 hunters with up to three parties per 4-day hunt. For those who do not prefer to walk much, they get plenty of shooting as “blockers” at the end of the fields. Hunting is on “stripped” milo and corn fields, upland grassland, and shelter belts.  Professional guides accompany each party for their individual needs.  The lodge is located on 160 acres of highly managed habitat.  Food plots of standing milo and corn, plus an additional supplemental feeding system and watering pond.  Approximately 5,800 acres are leased by the lodge to offer a true wild bird experience.  The home was built in 1997 and is approximately 3,380 sq. ft. It consists of 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, including the private guest loft located above the garage.  This house offers many custom features and advantages for country living. Hunting Lodge - Sleeps 20, full commercial kitchen, and entertaining area.
