Ntt Large Organic Egg Farm
Jay, OK 74346
Delaware County, Oklahoma

Ranch Description
If you are looking for a steady income from a poultry farm, this organic egg farm might work for you. Located in the Ozarks in beautiful northeast Oklahoma, the farm includes three laying houses, 80 acres, several outbuildings and barns and a nice 2,200 square feet mobile home with four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The home and porches are on permanent foundation.
The laying houses produce edible organic eggs and are currently contracted with a local company. Producer is paid weekly. The eggs are producing more than a year on a three-average. Two of the poultry houses were built in 1998 and one in 1999. The houses were converted to the organic hen houses in October 2007 and updated again in 2012. Each is 40 by 420 feet.
There is a very nice 2,072 square-feet shop with a cement floor, electricity and water.
There are 80-acres that lay around the home. There are four pastures and a good hay meadow. Owner is currently running about 40 momma cow units. The hay meadow produced 280 large round bales this year.
The water to both the poultry houses and the home are supplied by three wells.
