TWO memberships in the Refugee Hunting Club. This club consists of +/-12,000 acres located near Greenville, Mississippi. The club owns approximately 7,500 aces in Washington County, Mississippi and approximately 4,500 acres in Chicot County, Arkansas. All of the land is continuous on the Greenville side of the Mississippi River. All land holding except for about 450 acres is located inside the Mississippi River levee. There are only 34 memberships in the club. There is a club house on site and each member has an assigned area inside metal buildings for storage of Atv's, boats or any other personal property. There is a full-time care-taker that takes excellent care of the buildings and land. There are NO yearly dues associated with the membership. The club receives a yearly payment that covers all operating costs of the club. This property will offer excellent deer hunting, good turkey hunting and duck hunting, and small game hunting.
