Massive observation deck is a great place to watch the kids play on the shady playground or the wildlife roam the fields and streams.

There are about three total miles of water to fish from, both channel and Sulphur River, that is also large enough to navigate with small boats. There are also 7 miles of ATV riding trails. The land is a mix of open and heavily treed areas, great for deer, hog, bird, duck and other small game hunting.
