The legal description is Gunsight Ranch, Block 71, Section 8, Tract 10.

After $2,000 has been paid toward the loan principal, we will issue hunting rights on request. This allows up to four hunters, as long as the account holder is present. When the loan is paid off and you own the property, your ownership automatically gives you those hunting rights.

Directions to Ranch

From Interstate 10 and the county seat of Sierra Blanca, you will drive north on paved FM Road 1111 for about 18 miles to 31.418222, -105.349375.

At the Gunsight Ranch sign (there is also now a big Sunset Ranches sign on the left), you will turn left on Gunsight Ranch Road and follow the maintained gravel road straight west.

2 miles later you will cross a cattle guard.

4.25 miles later at 31.432750, -105.447881 do not take the fork to the right, instead continue straight ahead west.

About 40 yards later you will cross another cattle guard, this is the entrance point to Gunsight Ranch.

Approximately 10 yards after that cattle guard, turn left at 31.432755, -105.448361 onto the trail road known as Sioux Road.

Drive roughly south for about 3.1 miles. The trail road meanders around some rough terrain, it is not perfectly straight.

Turn right at 31.389879, -105.447910.

0.62 mile later you will be at the property.
