Ranch Description
The Sizemore Creek Tract is a unique opportunity to own a great timber investment, recreational hunting tract, and country homesite. This property has 61 acres of 18 year old planted pines that could be thinned at any time. The remaining timberland is in various ages of natural timber. There are seven food plots already in place and a road system is established to allow access to all of the tract. The southeast boundary of the property is Sizemore Creek and there is an unnamed creek that runs through the east half of the property. There is a pond on the property that has a good quantity of bass and bream. There is a mobile home on the property that has been used as a hunting camp for many years that will be left fully furnished.
