Spanning 461.6 contiguous acres, this property has a ton of potential. Three creek beds combine to run more than 2 miles through the property. Gentle hills covered in native prairie grass overlook the timbered creek beds that occupy the low areas. Osage orange are the dominate tree species with cottonwood, elm and oak trees combined with cedars to create a canopy alongside and above the clear water that runs in the creeks.

Recreation

With an abundance of water, cover and grass, wildlife thrive on this property. The natural habitat attracts a wide variety of species including whitetail deer, turkey, upland birds and even some waterfowl.
