11 naturally spring fed ponds on 14 acres in Pike County, Georgia. The property has Koi fish, goldfish, turkeys, livestock, pear trees, and scuppernong vines. Only that associated with the fishing business is included in the price. There are 15,000 koi fish on the property and 10,000 goldfish. The Koi fish are sold as ornamental pets around the World and the goldfish are sold for bait locally. There are several structures on the property. A working shed, a storage shed, a newly constructed one bedroom apartment and two (2) stables. The fish farms is a fully functioning, active money producing business. All of the large ponds have "catch pins" constructed from rebar reinforced concrete with concrete floors in them. As well there is a concrete holding tank.
