History
Lake Don Pedro, aka Don Pedro Reservoir, was originally developed in 1923 primarily as storage for irrigation water. After the new dam was completed in 1971, the capacity grew to over 2 million acre-feet of valuable water source. The lake and facilities provide first class water sports recreation, power generation, and flood control. It is one of Central California's largest lakes, and provides three primary recreation areas, with camping, boating, marina and swimming Fleming Meadows, Blue Oaks and Moccasin Point. Directions to Ranch
From Oakdale: Travel east on CA-108/120 from downtown 21.1-miles and turn right on La Grange Road/J-59. Travel south for 10.7-miles and turn left on Bonds Flat Road. Travel for 5.8-miles until CA-132. Turn left and travel east on CA-132 for 3.2-miles. Turn left on Arbolada Drive and travel 0.9-miles. Turn left at Canada Street and travel 0.3-miles and turn left at Hoyito Circle/Court. The property entrance is at the gate at the south end of the cul-de-sac.
