I have been in the Wholesale and investments of vacant land for nearly 20 years here in Florida. I buy properties at a discount and sell them to investors and builders at a discount. All properties that I advertise for sale are warranty deeded properties that have title insurance on them. All properties are also building lots unless specified in the notes as recreational or not building lot.
