Rob earned his B.S. degree in Forest Management from Clemson University in 1979. Following three years as a self-employed consulting forester, he joined Milliken Forestry in 1982. With over 40 years at MFC, Rob has worked in nearly all phases of business to include timber marking, timber cruising, controlled burning, timber sales, reforestation and business development. As a member of Society of American Foresters, he has served as Chair of Central Carolina Chapter, Science and Technology Chair, and APSAF Meeting Planning Committee member. Rob is also a member of the SC Forestry Association and served on the SFI Committee. He is a Registered Forester in SC and NC, a SC Certified Prescribed Fire Manager and a SC Licensed Real Estate Broker. Rob enjoys being active in the field, helping timberland owners achieve their objectives, and mentoring young foresters in their careers.
