Luke Shenk : Mossy Oak Properties Land and Luxury

Luke was born and raised in Virginia. He spent the majority of his childhood exploring the foothills and mountains that surround the Shenandoah Valley before moving to central Virginia where he put down roots of his own. Luke currently resides in Powhatan, VA with his wife of 15 years and their three children. From an early age, Luke has had a love, passion, and deep appreciation for nature and the outdoors. Luke channeled this passion into his education and career path when he earned his bachelor's degree in Forestry from Virginia Tech in 2009. For over 14 years, his professional career has provided him with experiences in procurement forestry, consulting forestry, land management, and real estate across Central Virginia. Through these unique experiences, Luke has developed a profound and respected ability to advocate for landowners, while fostering and maintaining relationships with a large network of natural resource professionals. Luke established Ridgeline Forestry Company in 2019, a consulting forestry company that has been successfully assisting landowners across central Virginia with timberland management and timber sales ever since. His knowledge and experience in the forest and land management industries have given Luke valuable skill sets that go hand-in-hand with assisting his clients with their real estate goals and aspirations.
