Brittany Seldomridge : Mossy Oak Properties Land and Farms Realty

Brittany grew up in Western Virginia, born and raised in Alleghany County. She also spent a considerable amount of time in the Lynchburg region. After spending two years in Northern West Virginia after college, Brittany returned to Alleghany County. She now resides there with her husband, Matt, and their son and daughter, who are growing up immersed in the outdoor life. Both Brittany and her husband have a passion for hunting, fishing, and anything outdoors. Brittany grew up hunting and fishing from a very early age in the areas between Alleghany County and Lynchburg, as well as the surrounding areas. A love of the outdoors led Brittany to receive a degree from Virginia Tech in 2014 in Forest Operations and Business. She has spent the past nine years in the lumber and timber industry. This experience has given her first-hand knowledge of the timber markets, timber harvesting process, as well as the challenges and importance of land access and topography to timber harvesting. She hopes to use this knowledge and her passion for the outdoors to help clients buy or sell their real estate, whether it be timber, farms, or recreational land.
